Assembly Procedure

  • step1 1.

    Pass the cable through the a sleeve, a boot, and a boot cap.

  • step2 2.

    Strip the indoor cable with a stripper.

  • step3 3.

    Clean the stripped cable with alcohol soaked tissue.

  • step4 4.

    Cleave it with a cleaver and put the stripped cable on the right holder.

  • step5 5.

    Take the ferrule fiber cap off.

  • step6 6.

    Put the ferrule part on the left holder.

  • step7 7.

    Proceed with splicing process.

  • step8 8.

    Slide the sleeve at the end of ferrule part.

  • step9 9.

    Put the cable in the oven.

  • step10 10.

    Set the Heating Menu.

  • step11 11.

    Touch the heating icon for heating process.

  • step12 12.

    Cool it down after the heating is completed.

  • step1 13.

    Assemble the boot, the boot cap and the housing.

  • step2 14.

    Complete.
